Zone of the Enders HD Collection and Amplitude round out what’s being offered to PS3 owners through PlayStation Plus in January. The former is a complete remaster of one of the most iconic games in Konami’s library, featuring giant mechs and intense battles. Meanwhile, Amplitude (which is developed by Rock Band studio Harmonix) is a single-player rhythm title that puts music at the forefront of the experience. It includes tunes from composers like Darren Korb ( Transistor ), C418 ( Minecraft ), Danny Baranowsky ( Crypt of the Necrodancer ), Insomniac Games, Freezepop, Kickstarter backers, and Harmonix’s in-house compos
The second weapon added to the arsenal is the Destreza Prime. The Destreza in general has never been a personal favorite due to its limited range, but the Prime version is slowly making me a believer as it can rip right through armor like it’s nothing. This is unlike most melee weapons available, with the Endura being the one exception, as it’s a rapier that’s held in one hand and strikes forward, at least when not sliding. Oddly enough, the Prime version is nearly 10% slower than the standard Destreza, and damages 20% less in Puncture. Fortunately, everything else is boosted, with a higher critical chance and multiplier, along with the remaining attack values raising ever so slightly, and the status effect chance up over 3x what it originally was. It’s definitely a solid critical-centric weapon, and with the boost of status it should help it go further, but really, it’s nowhere near the level of weapons such as the Atterax which have a much wider spread of damage, which can bring entire rooms to their knees. At least it’s more versatile than say the Kronen Prime that came with the last Prime update, and it still holds up as a pretty good melee weapon.
Steep is the highlight of January 2019’s PlayStation Plus games, partially because it ties into the winter season so well. Developed by Ubisoft, this is a fun snowboarding romp that allows players to carve up the slopes and even take to the skies with a wingsuit. It makes for a fun addition to anyone’s PlayStation 4 libra
Of the colossal roster, Zephyr has been one of the least popular and least sought after Warframes. Granted, there have been far less appealing Frames in the past, such as Hydroid and Limbo, but Digital Extremes continues to rebalance characters so they better fit into specialized areas of the content, and that’s exactly what has happened with Zephyr. Almost two months ago, Zephyr received a rework that combined two of her abilities and an additional one in its place. It was something that Warframe needed, especially considering her capabilities were less than appealing. With her rebalance, the developers have released a Primed version of Zephyr and with it comes a slightly altered appearance and enhanced stats.
These games will appeal to new PlayStation 4 owners that only just got their consoles during the holiday season, although the range of software isn’t as appealing as November 2018’s PlayStation Plus offering. Sony also wants Warframe fans to know that they can secure the Warframe Weapons|Https://Warframebase.Com/: PlayStation Plus Booster Pack III until January 15, 2019. Along with Zephyr, players can also get the Primed versions of both Tiberon and Kronen. Of the two, despite being more of a shotgun player, Tiberon Prime has become one of my personal favorite main weapons. It might seem like a slightly supped up version of the Tiberon, but it’s so much more than that thanks to the three different firing modes. You can switch between Burst, Semi and Auto fire rates, allowing you to go into any situation and have no problem getting out of it. So if you’re looking to pick someone off with a high crit-rate and multiplier, then semi will do the trick (especially great for less agro characters such as Loki). If you get swarmed by enemies and just need to spread your clip fast, then auto is readily at your disposal, and it certainly helps it also has a higher status chance. Finally, burst is what we’ve come to know from this weapon in the past, and it’s just as powerful and capable of taking down individual targets. There’s really a mode for every situation, and a formidable weapon to bring into combat.
It’s all about managing your Rift and which dimension you’re in. You’re even able to shift in and out of dimensions by rolling (or in Limbo’s case, it’s more of a dash), which leaves behind a portal for teammates to use. He’s a very unique character to play as, and works surprisingly well for both solo and cooperatively play. While playing solo, you can enter a safe zone where all damage is void, which helps in sticky situations. Cooperatively you can freeze enemies in place and even allow your friends to enter the rift – great for activities such as defense or excavation. He’s incredibly fun to play as if you get him down, one that does require some work, but you’ll be rewarded in doing so. Outside of how he plays, Limbo Prime comes with a higher shield capacity, which if you’re skilled enough, you probably won’t even need all that much, along with an increase of armor, and your energy pool. It also comes with an extra two polarities, ensuring you won’t need to Forma him too many times.
