WPS Spreadsheet lets you optimize your workspace by organizing frequently used commands right at your fingertips, cutting down on navigation time.
If you often adjust cell styles, embed graphs, or use conditional rules, reorganizing the ribbon will make these tasks much faster.
First, launch the application and identify the ribbon toolbar situated at the top of the main window.
Click the right mouse button on the ribbon area and pick “Customize the Ribbon” from the contextual options that appear.
This opens the Customize Ribbon dialog box where you can manage tabs, groups, and commands.
In the dialog box, you will see two main panes.
The panel on the left shows every tab and group currently deactivated or absent from your ribbon.

If certain tabs or groups are seldom used, pick them from the right side and delete them using the Remove option.
Deleting default tabs can permanently hide important commands, so proceed with caution.
You can temporarily hide tabs without deleting them by simply deselecting their checkbox in the right panel.
This method preserves the tab for future use while keeping your ribbon clean and uncluttered.
You can rearrange the hierarchy of your ribbon by selecting any tab or group and using the arrow controls to move them.
This feature lets you place your most-used tools at the front for quicker access.
For example, if you often work with data analysis tools, you might move the Data tab to appear right after the Home tab.
Inside any group, simply click and drag individual commands to rearrange them in a sequence that suits your habits.
When your customizations are complete, press “OK” to permanently apply the new setup.
Your modified ribbon layout will be saved automatically and loaded the next time you open the program.
If you ever want to revert to the default setup, you can click the Reset button in the Customize Ribbon dialog box.
A dropdown will let you select whether to reset just the highlighted tab or all ribbon elements entirely.
Spend a few days working with your new ribbon to see if it genuinely speeds up your tasks.
Some features you added might sit unused, while another tool you forgot to include turns out to be essential.
