I have to share my terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning to others. I was so upset by the lack of communication regarding my order status that when I tried to leave a review, I honestly couldn’t even formulate the words. All I could manage to submit was a blank space, literally just

, because the dress I needed for an event never arrived on time, and the entire process was frustratingly opaque. I felt completely disregarded, which is why I was compelled to contact customer service immediately—I needed an explanation and, frankly, a refund.
Customer: I received an email asking me to review my order, but I haven’t even received the package yet. Where is my dress? It was supposed to be here three days ago.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the delay, and I absolutely understand your frustration, especially when expecting a package for a specific date. Let me pull up your order immediately.
Customer: I needed that dress for an event this weekend! If it’s not here by tomorrow, it’s completely useless to me. Why wasn’t I updated about the tracking status before I had to call you?
