SCAM ALERT: The Homecoming Dress Nightmare — Late Delivery & Unwearable Quality ⚠️

I am writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying from this website. What should have been an exciting purchase for my daughter’s homecoming turned into an absolute nightmare. The entire experience—from placing the order to dealing with customer service—was appalling. I felt compelled to leave a review and initiate a difficult conversation with their representatives because the product and service failed so spectacularly. As I told them directly:

I would like a refund! I will send the dress back. My daughter couldn’t even wear it. It looked nothing like the picture online! It was completely see through and made so cheaply! The sewing was raggedy and rushed! Strings are hanging off the dress and sequins were falling off left and right! I paid extra for 2 days and I received the dress 10 days later! I received it so late that I had to buy another dress for my daughter’s homecoming dance. Thank God that I did because the dress was horrible. People barely answer the phones for you and they all tell you lies! It was the worse experience ever and I will never purchase another item from here or advice anyone else to do it.

Customer: I am calling about Order #456. I paid extra for 2-day shipping and it arrived 10 days late. We had to buy another dress, and this one is trash.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the extreme shipping delay and the distress this has caused, especially given the importance of the homecoming dance. Let me look up your order status right away.

Customer: Forget the timing for a second. The dress is unusable.
