Please, heed my warning: purchasing from this website online was one of the worst retail decisions I’ve ever made. My event was ruined, and the follow-up service was non-existent. My initial conclusion remains true:
POOR!! POOR!! POOR!! customer service!! Wish I would’ve seen the other reviews before purchasing online. Never again!!
After countless unanswered emails and phone calls regarding my November order, I was compelled to contact customer service directly to track down the item I desperately needed for my December event. I just wanted confirmation or a refund, but the experience devolved into a fight just to get what I paid for.
Customer: I need an update on order #1234, placed in November. My event was last week, and the dress still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent three emails without a response.
CS Rep: I apologize profoundly for the delay and the lack of communication. I see here that there was an unexpected stock issue that held up shipping your specific item.
Customer: An “unexpected stock issue” that you failed to notify me about for two months? Now what? When you beloved this informative article in addition to you wish to receive more details concerning www.gracequeens.com i implore you to visit our own web-page. I want a clear explanation, and I need to know if you can overnight the dress, or if I should just initiate a chargeback now.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration entirely. We can waive the shipping fee immediately. If you confirm you still want the item, I can put a rush on the order processing today, and we will offer a 20% refund on the dress price for the extreme inconvenience caused.
Customer: A 20% refund is appreciated, but I really just need confirmation that it will actually ship
today
. I am tired of waiting; I am telling people to
RUN!!
CS Rep: I hear you. Let me check the warehouse manifest right now and guarantee shipment confirmation via email within the next hour. I am truly sorry this second experience with us has been so disappointing.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
