I felt compelled to share my terrible shopping experience as a cautionary tale. While I do like some of their dresses, the risks involved are unacceptable, especially considering the price point. As far as the customer service, it was clear that the staff needs serious training; they really need customer service training. Their busy having their own conversation amongst themselves, making a person feel uncomfortable. But the biggest shock came with the policies: the dresses can be expensive, and they require you to pay cash with no paper receipt. Worse, the dresses with the rhinestone embellishments can not be tried on; you can only purchase and then try it on, but if it don’t fit then you’re stuck with the dress. I reached out to customer service immediately after leaving the store because being stuck with an expensive dress that doesn’t fit is simply outrageous.
Customer: I am extremely frustrated. I was forced to buy a rhinestone dress without trying it on, and now that I’m home, it doesn’t fit. The staff told me if it don’t fit then I’m stuck with the dress, and that is unacceptable for the price.
