I am writing this to serve as a strong warning about relying strictly on the operating hours posted on this company’s website. I had a critical and extremely urgent need for a purchase, and I rushed to the store based on the published closing time.
My entire reason for visiting was desperation: “I needed a hat ergently to complete my Cornal Sanders cosplay for a wedding I was attending the next day.” Time was absolutely critical. The hours on the website clearly stated they closed at 6:00, but when I called while racing over, I found out the hard way that they closed at 5:45. I was completely robbed of those crucial fifteen minutes. I was heart broken. That misinformation completely ruined my plan, which is why I felt compelled to contact customer service immediately to complain about the misleading hours.
Customer: I am calling because your website hours are completely wrong, and it cost me a critical purchase. I rushed down there because it said you closed at 6:00, but when I called right before arriving, I was told you had already closed at 5:45.
