I felt absolutely obligated to share my terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering ordering from this site. The situation started badly and somehow managed to get worse over time. I initially reached out to customer service because they had my order allll wrong! It came super late and when I finally got it, it only had one of the 2-piece set in the package. The website clearly said “2 piece SET.” Unfortunately, even after following their instructions and sending the item back, I still have yet to get my money, even though I ordered way back in September 2017. The final straw was when I asked for my money back for the 1000000th time and they basically told me no, arguing with me on the phone because I want my money back!
Customer: I need to know why I still don’t have my refund for the incomplete order I returned months ago. I was told I would receive the funds after sending back the missing piece set.
CS Rep: I completely understand your extreme frustration, and I sincerely apologize that this return has caused such significant trouble and delay for you. Let me pull up your account details immediately.
Customer: Trouble? If you are you looking for more information on GraceQueens Dress Shop stop by the web-page. I was arguing with one of your colleagues last week who insisted the website description was wrong and tried to tell me the 2-piece set only came with the shirt! Now, months later, I still haven’t received the full amount due back to me.
CS Rep: That is absolutely unacceptable customer service, and I am very sorry for that confrontational interaction. I see the outstanding balance now. There was an administrative error that prevented the full refund from processing correctly. I am escalating this immediately to ensure the entire amount is released back to your original payment method today.
Customer: So you are guaranteeing that the money will finally be credited back to me?
CS Rep: Yes. I will personally send you an email confirmation within the hour detailing the refund transaction ID and the projected processing time from your bank, which is typically 3 to 5 business days.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
