My terrible online shopping experience at this site is meant as a cautionary tale. I fell into the trap of thinking a store that advertised variety must have something special. My conclusion, based purely on the headache of trying to find something unique and high-quality on their site, was that it was just too general and overwhelming. It felt like walking into a massive, disorganized mall outlet. I went into this purchase thinking, “Rainbow it’s a wonderful store that has a little of everything. Clothing, jewelry, coats, shoes, boots ect…” But that ‘everything’ quickly turned into ‘nothing worth buying’ once the package arrived. I felt compelled to leave a review and contact customer service immediately because the reality of the items I received did not match the effort required to navigate their generic online catalog.
